Julie Anne Smith, A.K.A. Julianne Moore is a Hollywood actor and writer whose talent has earned her recognition and critical acclaim. She's an Sagittarius born on the 3rd of December 1960. She was born in North Carolina. She's the most senior of three children that were the children of Peter Moore Smith (a paratrooper) and Anne Smith, who is a psychologist. Her heritage is English-Scottish. Moore has moved frequently with her family due to the job for her father. This made it difficult to keep or meet new acquaintances. After her family relocated to Germany Moore was a student at Frankfurt American High School where she began appearing in performances. The school she attended was Boston University where she graduated in 1983 with a B.F.A. After graduating, Moore moved to New York and began her journey in Off-Broadway Theater. Moore began her career in theater off Broadway at New York, after she completed her degree. In an episode of The Edge of Night in 1985, she made her first appearance on the screen. She played in the roles of Frannie as well as Sabrina Hughes in As the World Turns. This was the show that became her breakthrough. She was on the show from 1988 to 1990 and was honored with the Daytime Emmy Award. The year 1990 saw her debut cinematic appearance was in Tales from the Darkside: The Movie. This film was later criticized as a poor low-budget film. Short Cuts (1993), 3 Women (1997), and 3 Women (1997) were all produced with Robert Altman. For the former, she won several awards and praise from critics. Moore played her first main role on screen in Safe(1995). In 1997, her career as an actress reached a turning point after Steven Spielberg cast her to play the lead role in Jurassic Park: The Lost World which became one of 1997's highest-grossing movies. She was awarded a SAG Award nomination for Magnolia during 1999. In 2002 she co-starred in The Hours which got nominated for nine Academy Awards with Nicole Kidman and Meryl Streep. Other movies Moore has appeared in include The Forgotten (2004) Freedomland (2006) Shelter (2010) and Shelter (2010). Non-Stop was a film in which that she starred in, was released. Moore has been in many productions and films. The most recent of her prominent roles was In 2022: When You Finish Securing the World. Her acting career in Hollywood has established itself, and she's also an author of children's novels. The first book she published was Freckleface Strawberry (2007) and became an N.Y.T. bestseller. The best-selling book was made into a movie, series, and even into a musical. The year 2013 saw her release Her Mom is an American. In her career as a highly successful actress and author Moore's personal life has been made public. She was married in 1984 to John Robin and in 1995 they separated. Bart Freundlich, whom Moore was later married in 2003 has two kids with her. Moore's life is all about her friends from the family and work.
